All scheduled walks take place on Sundays in 2026. Choose one Sunday from the season that suits you best (leave the other seasons on “Select a Sunday…”).

Early stages often feel quieter and cooler - great for longer distances.

Spring routes are popular for blossom, longer light and softer ground underfoot.

Summer stages are ideal for longer daylight and picnics, but can be hotter – bring sun protection.

Autumn walks feature changing colours and cooler air - some of the most atmospheric stages of the year.

In a real booking system we'd match your chosen Sunday with the nearest scheduled stage and confirm by email.

How the 2026 Sundays work

In 2026, The Orbital walks a different stage almost every Sunday, looping around the full M25 walking circle. We repeat popular stages in each season so you can experience the route in different light and weather.

  • Typical distance: 6-10 miles
  • Meet at 09:30 near a café, finish mid-afternoon at a pub or a cafe
  • Average group size: 10-20 walkers
  • Public transport meeting points wherever possible

Once you've submitted the form, we'll email you a Sunday date confirmation, GPX link and a simple checklist so you know what to bring.
